ABOUT MY APPROACH
Sex Positive, Trauma informed, Client Centered
I’m first and foremost, empathic and client centered. I believe in the healing power of someone really understanding how you feel and where you are, while emphasizing self-compassion and your inherent strengths and wisdom. You are the authority on your life and what is best for you, and I'm here to help you unlock your healing potential.  I’m a social worker at heart, and am always considering systemic implications in my client’s lives. My passion for sex positivity and helping alternative relationship structures and LGBTQ+ clients is about being able to own your individual perfection, in self and connection with others, in a world that has taught you and those around you that difference is threatening and must be controlled. My trauma work helps clients let go of involuntary reactions through mind-body integration techniques, grieving loss, and finding new choices for moving forward.
