Individuals have a safe, confidential space to process painful experiences with a compassionate therapist, in service of a happier, healthier life. Once weekly 50 minute sessions are recommended initially while establishing rapport and clarifying therapy goals.
COUPLES AND RELATIONSHIP THERAPY
Getting Unstuck
Communication in relationships, especially around difficult topics, can benefit from having the therapist slow down the process, assess what is getting in the way of mutual understanding, and offering tools to do it differently.
